chocolate mousse

  1. start by melting your chocolate au bain marie
  2. while your chocolate is melting, add the Tofu, soy milk and maple syrup in a bowl and mix with a hand mixer until smooth
  3. when your tofu mixture is completely smooth and your chocolate is fully melted, add the chocolate to the bowl with the tofu mixture and combine with a spatula until the color is consistent
  4. divide your chocolate mousse into 6 to 8 cups and place in the fridge for at least 1 hour to cool down (i reccomend leaving it overnight for it to fully stiffen up.)
